Saturday Class Schedule

Come join me for class every Saturday for a full hour of dance rhythms! Then stay for another 40 minute fat burning session as we kick it out with about 15 minutes of TurboKick, finishing off with some HIIT routines from STRONG Nation™ to increase and build on our strength and muscle conditioning.

  • 11:00am – Zumba Fitness
  • 11:30am – UJam Fitness
  • 12:00pm – TurboKick (about 15m)
  • 12:20pm – STRONG Nation™ (about 20-30m),
    have a mat ready for some floor work
