Monday (2-hours):
Schedule: (60-minutes each)
- 5:45 pm – Zumba Fitness
- 7:00 pm – Kickbox Cardio
In-Person classes are held at City Sport Club in Sunnyvale. Some Covid guidelines are still being enforced but not required. Use discretion where needed. Follow CDC guidelines for social distancing and wearing a mask if needed to keep yourself and others safe. Please stay home and rest if you are sick or feeling ill. 🙏 Thank you for your understanding and caring for others.
Tuesday:

Join me for 90-minutes of Dance Fitness! Reach out to me on Facebook for Zoom Details: https://www.facebook.com/groups/DanceFitnesswithEmily. The class is FREE. Donations are being encouraged. Donation link Info is posted within the group, under the “Featured” tab.
IMPORTANT: You must be part of the group to join the class. Be sure to fill out all information when joining the Facebook group page or your request to join may be denied. You must also have a well established Facebook profile (or Instagram profile) to be considered for entry into the group. A well established profile means you have an identifiable photo; an account that has been well established (or instagram profile to prove who you say you are), not just created; preferably proof of activity which includes posts that don’t violate the Facebook or Instagram policies, preferably posts that are related to Zumba or other fitness activities showing your genuine interest in participating in a fitness community. This is to ensure those joining are real persons for the safety and consideration of all who attend the class. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

- Mornings at 11:00 AM – 60-minutes of Zumba at 24 Hour Fitness, Sunnyvale.
- Afternoons at 4:30 PM – 60-minutes of Zumba at City Sport Club, Sunnyvale.
